We are thrilled to share that Websparks has been conferred the prestigious Company of Good – 1 Heart by the National Volunteer and Philanthropy Centre (NVPC)!
This award is a significant milestone for the company, marking its commitment to corporate social responsibility and recognising its ongoing efforts to impact the community positively.
A Commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility
At Websparks, we firmly believe that businesses have a vital role in creating a better world. This recognition from NVPC is a testament to our dedication to promoting social good, sustainability, and ethical business practices.
NVPC seeks to partner and support businesses on their journey towards corporate purpose – the company’s reason for being. The corporate purpose can then be operationalised in the five impact areas of People, Society, Governance, Environment and Economic.
The 1-Heart Award acknowledges Websparks’ initial steps toward making meaningful contributions to society and encourages the company to continue on this path with renewed vigour.
Over the past years, Websparks has been actively involved in various initiatives to uplift people, strengthen our society, and protect the environment. The company participated in community service projects such as contributing to the Singapore Children’s Society, implemented eco-friendly practices at the workplace, and integrated ESG considerations into the core business.
This 1-Heart recognition is an incredible honour for the company but it also serves as a reminder that there is always more to be done.
Looking ahead, the company aims to build on this foundation, continue to explore new ways to contribute to the greater good and inspire others to join us in our mission.
Websparks extends its deepest gratitude to NVPC for this recognition and for supporting its efforts to promote corporate social responsibility. The company is thankful for the incredible team, partners, and supporters who have been instrumental in reaching this milestone.
Onwards to a more compassionate, inclusive, and sustainable future.
