On July 2nd and 3rd, 2024, the Websparks Vietnam team embarked on an exhilarating team-building retreat at Tropical eGlamping, focusing on employee well-being and team cohesion.
The venue’s blend of natural beauty and comfortable amenities created an environment conducive to both adventure and relaxation, allowing the team to fully immerse themselves in the experience.
The retreat kicked off with a series of exciting outdoor activities that challenged and energised everyone.
Thrilling Team Activities
Kayaking: The team navigated the calm rivers, working together to maneuver their boats while taking in the breathtaking scenery.
Horse Riding: The group saddled up for an invigorating horseback riding experience, exploring the lush surroundings of the glamping site.
Archery: Friendly competition ensued as the team tested their marksmanship, aiming for the bullseye and cheering each other on.
Evening Under the Stars
As the sun set, the team gathered for a memorable dinner. This relaxed setting provided the perfect atmosphere for all to share stories, laugh together, and strengthen their bonds over delicious food.
